We just can’t wait any more… We finally had to sit down and write this unsolicited Letter of Recommendation to tell you how pleased we are with our Blue Dream Pool! We first met you in September, 2005 when we began researching the pool installation for our soon-to-be-built custom home by Bradford Building Corporation. You weren’t the only pool builder we considered, but you quickly won the contract. We were impressed by how carefully you listened to our needs, and then skillfully guided us through the design and options selection. You weren’t the cheapest builder to bid on our pool, but we were confident that we were receiving excellent value for our pool dollars. Your installation was completed right on schedule. Your installers were courteous and professional and your communication was always prompt and honest. Our home and pool were completed in July 2006. We love the many features of our pool including the in-floor cleaning system, fountain, waterfall, spa, lighting and solar system. We are pretty tough customers, and we would be remiss if we didn’t exclaim about a couple of features. We love the tile layout and also the fact that it was installed completely level – we are dazzled! Additionally, the screen surrounding our pool is flawless… we love it! Newman FamilyWe asked you to design a pool that would be very low maintenance and you succeeded. As first time pool owners we have been very pleased with how easy the pool is to maintain (we don’t use a pool servicing company). While we have experienced a fairly steep learning curve, you have always been there to answer our questions. We would also like to acknowledge the great work of your building supervisor, Mr. Robert Collins. Robert was extremely patient in explaining the construction processes. His expertise and oversight was greatly appreciated. Ten months after the completion of our pool we continue to receive excellent advice and technical support. Just the other day Robert noticed some minor staining on our pool finish (our mistake, not yours). On his own initiative he applied some specialty stain remover. This action speaks volumes about someone who takes pride in their finished product and who also knows the importance of customer satisfaction. Thanks Robert! Lastly, we don’t just look at our beautiful pool – we swim in it almost daily. The only problem we have with our Blue Dream pool is that we have great difficultly extracting our seven year old daughter from the water!
